We are set up in Charmwood Plaza, specifically units 512 through 515, out in Eros Garden on Suraj Kund Road. It’s a decent spot in Faridabad, a bit away from the main city chaos. Our office is where we track containers and talk to truck drivers and shipping lines. It's a lot of data entry and logistics planning on old computers. We have desks covered in papers and coffee mugs. Moving goods across the country or overseas isn't as simple as it looks on TV. There’s always a delay somewhere or a truck that broke down that we have to deal with. We aren't trying to sound like a giant global firm, even if the name sounds a bit formal. We’re just a team here in Faridabad making sure things get where they’re supposed to go. The plaza has a few other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is stuck at a port somewhere far away. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just us in our chairs working through the logistics. We’ve been here at this address for a while and have gotten to know the way things work around here. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone has the right paperwork and the right timing for their cargo. That is just the job.
