Bobcards Ltd. Bank Of Baroda Subsidiary

We’ve been working out of this spot at 3A/131 in N.I.T.3 for a while now. Most people around Faridabad know the Bank of Baroda name, but we handle the credit card side of things as Bobcards Ltd. It gets pretty busy here because people are always coming in with questions about their statements or asking how to apply for a new card. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a practical place where we get the paperwork done. Being a subsidiary means we follow the main bank’s rules, but we’re our own team here on the ground. The 121001 area is quite active, so there’s always someone walking in. We don't really do the flashy stuff you see in big bank commercials. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, answering phones, and trying to make sure the payments go through correctly. Sometimes the systems are slow, or the heat in Haryana gets to the machines, but we keep at it. If you’re coming from the main market, we aren't hard to find. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just focus on the daily tasks, like processing forms and talking to customers who need a bit of help with their credit limits. It’s honest work and we try to keep things simple for everyone who visits. There’s always a stack of files on the desk, but that’s just how a busy office looks.
