You can find us over in Sector 17, Faridabad. We are situated in the basement of Scf 3 in the Huda Market area. It is a pretty active market, especially on the weekends when families are out doing their shopping. We are quite close to Ekant Restaurant. Sometimes we get the smell of food wafting over around lunchtime. Komal Narula runs this salon. People come here to get their hair done instead of going all the way into the city. The basement can get a little dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening nearby. We spend time sweeping and keeping the place tidy. The sign for Big Boss Unisex Salon is right there on the front, though sometimes cars park in front of it and block the view. We have a few chairs and some basic equipment. It is mostly just us here, working through the day. Sometimes the power goes out in the market, and we wait for the generator to kick in. That is just part of life in Faridabad. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People stop by after they finish their grocery shopping at the market stores. It is a practical spot for a haircut or whatever else you might need while you are out running errands. It is not fancy, but the work gets done and we go home at the end of the shift.
