Our company is Ansal Colonisers & Developers Pvt. Ltd., and we are over at House No. 317 in Sector 8, Faridabad. Haryana has a lot of places like this, but Sector 8 is where we’ve set up our home base. It’s a regular house that we use for our office. It’s not a skyscraper or a fancy complex. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a cold corporate machine. We’ve been in Faridabad for a good amount of time, and we know the area pretty well. The office is usually humming with people talking about projects or looking over maps. It’s not always perfectly tidy, as we have papers and blueprints scattered around sometimes. That’s just how we work. We don't have a big PR team to write nice things about us. We just do our jobs. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks at number 317. It can get a bit busy during the middle of the week, but we manage. We aren't into using big words or making empty promises. We just show up and do what developers do. If you are driving through Sector 8, you’ll see our spot. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’re just local people trying to do good work in our own town and staying busy with our daily tasks.
