Alles Spice (Multi Cuisine Family Restro Bar)

Alles Spice is tucked away at House Number E 617 in Faridabad. We’re a family-run kind of place, a restro bar where we try to have a bit of everything on the menu. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and it’s usually pretty loud with the sound of pans and people talking. We started this because we wanted a place where families could just sit down and eat without it being too stiff or formal. The decor is simple, just stuff we liked and thought looked okay. We don't have a professional decorator or anyone like that. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient and have to go down to the local market to get more. That’s just how we operate. We’ve got regulars who come in every week, and we know their usual orders by heart. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We don't use those shiny brochures or big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The bar side of things gets a bit livelier in the evenings, but it stays pretty friendly. We’re just regular folks who enjoy cooking and serving drinks. It’s a lot of work, especially the cleaning up at night, but we’re happy to be here in Faridabad. It feels like home to us, and we hope it feels okay to everyone else too. We just keep cooking and trying to get the flavors right.
