It can be a bit slow some days, but then a bunch of updates come in and everyone is typing away furiously. We use some old systems that take a minute to load, so patience is a big part of the job here. There is a small staff room where we eat our lunch and complain about the commute or the weather. We are a small team in this specific branch, so we all know each other's business. It is not the glamorous side of aviation you see in movies, just a lot of steady work in a quiet corner of Haryana. We keep the lights on and the files organized so the bigger operations can run without any hitches. Most of us have been here for years.
