Air India Call Center(Igt)

Our team for the Air India Call Center(Igt) is located at Hno-911 in Sector-23, Nit Faridabad. It is a regular residential building in Haryana that we have used for our operations for a while. If you walk past the house, you can usually hear the low hum of people talking on their headsets. It is a pretty constant sound that goes on throughout every shift. The inside space is mostly filled with rows of desks and computer monitors. We do not have a lot of extra room to spare, so it can get a bit tight when the next shift starts arriving before the first one has left. There is always someone in the small break area fixing the water cooler or eating their lunch. It is a very busy atmosphere, but we all get along pretty well. Faridabad can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we rely a lot on the ceiling fans and an old AC unit in the corner. Sometimes the internet connection slows down and we all have to wait a few minutes, which gives us a chance to catch up and chat. We are not some big high-tech hub like you might see in a movie. It is just a house in Sector-23 where we answer calls and help people with their travel plans. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we stay focused on our screens.
