We’ve been here at Sukhdham in Indra Enclave for quite some time now. If you know the area, we're right opposite the Housing Board in Sector 21/D. It’s a busy little corner of Faridabad. Usually, the day starts with someone dropping by to ask about train timings or maybe a bus to the hills. We keep the office open pretty regular hours, though sometimes things get a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at once during the holidays. There’s a lot of paperwork with visas and tickets, and things change so fast with the rules that we spend half the day just keeping up. It isn't a fancy place, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we sort out their bookings. We deal with all sorts of people, from students going back home to families planning a summer break. It’s mostly just making sure the names are spelled right on the tickets and the dates match up. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up right when a customer is waiting, which is always annoying. But we get through it. People around here know where to find us. We don’t really do much advertising because most folks just walk in or call us because their neighbor told them we helped them out before. It’s just how we run things here in Faridabad, keeping it simple and making sure people get where they need to go without too much of a headache.
