Pep Exports

We are located out in Uthukuli, specifically in Samarajapalayam near the Kasthuraipalayam Post. It’s a quiet area, which is nice because it gives us plenty of room to work without the city noise. We run Pep Exports from here. Dealing with exports means we have a lot of boxes and packing material around most of the time. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we like it. The air is clear and there's a bit more peace. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big human resources department or any of those corporate things. We just talk to each other and get the orders ready. Sometimes when the monsoon hits, the roads around here get a bit muddy and things slow down. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest export house in the country. We just focus on our own corner of the world. The office is just a part of the warehouse where we keep a desk and a computer. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when a big shipment is going out. We make sure everything is labeled correctly and sent to the right place. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the week.
