Ram Exports

If you head down Sathi Main Road, you’ll find us at Ram Exports. Being on a main road means it is never really quiet. There is the constant sound of buses and cars zooming by outside. Our space is pretty basic, just enough room for the desk work and some storage. Ram Exports is a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be typing up a document and the next you are helping move some heavy items near the door. Sathi Main Road is a good location for us because it makes it easier for transport vehicles to reach us, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We don’t have any fancy signs or big posters. Just a small board so people know they are at the right place. The humidity can get pretty high in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of exporting. There is a lot of waiting around for things to clear and then a sudden rush to get everything finished. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes. We don’t really think about things like brand image. We just think about getting the work done so we can go home at the end of the day. It’s a plain, straightforward way of running things. We have been here for a while and we are used to the noise and the pace of the road.
