Ki Export

Ki Export is over at No. 20/3 in Nethaji Nagar, specifically in the Kurikaran Palayam part of town. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and it’s a decent place to run a business. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here making sure the exports get handled correctly. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can store things and get the packing done. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of getting goods from one place to another. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls to the ports. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we’ve done it enough times now that we can usually figure it out. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be shipped, and get to work. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks and talk to the other local business owners. It’s a friendly enough area. We don't do much in the way of promotion because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure nothing gets broken or lost. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way.
