Mone Engineering & Sales Corporation

Mone Engineering & Sales Corporation is located on the second floor of the Nachimuthu Gounder Complex. You can find us at 102/3, right above the Union Bank of India on Perundurai Road. We are directly opposite the KTM bike showroom, which is a big landmark people use to find us. Being on the second floor means we have to haul things up and down the stairs sometimes, which keeps us fit I suppose. We handle both engineering tasks and sales, so our day is usually split between looking at technical drawings and talking to people about what they need. The complex is quite busy since the bank is downstairs, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with lots of folders and technical manuals lying around. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have gotten used to the noise from Perundurai Road. It is a central spot, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. It is just a place where we do our work and talk to our clients. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit long at the end of a busy day, but we like being in this part of town. We just keep at it, managing the sales and the engineering side of things as best as we can every day.
