Kotecha Engineering Industries

Kotecha Engineering Industries is situated at 36/4, 2nd Cross, Sgn Layout. We are just off Lalbagh Road. The area is quite narrow so it can be a bit of a squeeze for vehicles. We have been in this spot for many years. The building has a lot of history for us. Inside, it is mostly machines and workstations. It is not the kind of place where you will find fancy carpets or glass walls. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a real workshop. The light inside isn't always the best but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us since the beginning. You can hear the hum of the machines from the street. Sgn Layout is a busy little pocket of the city. There are other small shops and houses all around us. We share the lane with some good neighbors. Sometimes we have to move things out to the front to make room inside. It’s a bit of a juggle but we make it work. Lalbagh Road is just a short walk away if we need to go out for lunch. We like the location because it is central. People who know us know exactly where to turn. It is a simple operation and we take the work as it comes.
