Our business is located at Number 296, a place we call Happy Home. It’s not a corporate office park or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we handle all our export work. We’ve been here for a while and the name has just stuck with the building. Most days, it’s just us dealing with the various details of shipping items out. We have a few rooms set aside for the inventory and the desk work. It’s a bit of a mix between a house and a workspace. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine because we stay busy with the logistics side of things. There’s always a lot of tape and cardboard around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are moving as they should. It can get a bit loud when the trucks come by to pick things up, but otherwise, it’s a pretty calm spot. We like the independence of running things from here. It’s not about having a shiny office; it’s about getting the orders filled and sent. We keep it straightforward. If there’s work to be done, we sit down and do it. It’s a small operation, but we stay quite consistent with what we do every week. There is usually some coffee on the stove and a pile of folders needing attention. It isn't always neat, but it works for us. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand.
