Down at 20, North Uppu Kinaru, we have our small office. It is a quiet enough place in Tamil Nadu, and we like it that way. Most of the time, it is just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional person walking in from the street. We’ve been here for several years now, and the building has become very familiar to us. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything. It’s just a plain, useful building where we keep our records and do our daily tasks. We aren't big on using corporate jargon or trying to sound like something we aren't. We’re just local people working in the 637 409 area. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are deadlines approaching, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. This is just how we talk. We focus on the things that need to get finished, and we don't worry too much about looking perfect. The paint on the walls might be a bit old, and the chairs might squeak, but the work gets done correctly. That is what matters to us and the people who come here. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it has served us well so far. We just show up and do the job as best as we can every day.
