Two Tender Coconut Water Vending Machine

We have the Two Tender Coconut Water Vending Machine set up at number 26 in Kuttumaserry, Aluva. It is a simple operation compared to a big shop. We spend most of our time making sure the machine is stocked and that the refrigeration is working like it should. Aluva gets very humid and hot, so people are always looking for something cold to drink when they walk past. The spot in Kuttumaserry is right on the side of the road, so it’s easy for people to pull over and grab a cup. We don’t have an office or a place to sit, really; it’s just about maintaining the equipment and keeping the area around it clean. Sometimes the machine acts up or needs a bit of a cleaning, so you’ll see one of us there with a cloth and some tools. The coconuts come in fresh, and we have to load them into the system, which is a bit of a process. It’s a very modern way of doing something very traditional. Neighbors usually stop by for a chat while they are waiting for their drink. There isn't much to it, just a machine and a small space by the road, but it works for us. We don’t use any fancy talk, we just make sure the water is cold and the machine is running for whoever comes by.
