Fresh & Honest Cafe Ltd is right at Door No.Cc 31/1445 A in Poonithura Village, which is part of the Convent Road area in Cochin. To be more specific, we are in Ponnurunni Vyttila Desom, near Vythila. It is a long address to write down, but it is easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the daily grind of the cafe business. It gets pretty humid in Cochin, so we are always moving around trying to keep things cool and comfortable. The smell of ground beans is everywhere, which is probably the best part of being here. We have a lot of regulars who stop by, and we know most of them by name now. The floor is a bit worn in places because of all the walking back and forth we do. It is not a corporate showroom; it is a working space where things actually happen. We have stacks of supplies in the back and the kitchen area is always humming with noise. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow parts of the road near Vythila, but they usually make it. We do not spend much time on decorations or looking polished. We just focus on the machines and the drinks. It is a busy spot on Convent Road and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning before the day ends.
