Armoury Coffee Shop

The Armoury Coffee Shop is right here in the Brunton Boatyard Hotel on Calvetty Road. We’ve been around in Ernakulam for a bit now, mostly just serving people who wander in from Fort Road. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some tables and chairs where you can get a drink. If you are walking down Calvetty Road, you will see the hotel building. We stay busy with the locals and some travelers who are staying nearby. It gets a little humid around here, so having a place to sit inside for a while helps. We don't really do anything flashy. It is just a regular coffee place. Most days are steady. The staff knows the neighborhood pretty well since we spend most of our time at 682001. You can usually find us behind the counter. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a handful of us making sure the coffee is ready and the tables are clean. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with the traffic on Fort Road, but inside it stays fairly calm. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing a spot for a break. If you’re near the hotel, you can just walk in. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get things moving. It's a decent place to spend twenty minutes or an hour if you have nowhere else to be. We keep the pots filled.
