Siki Properties Limited Liability Partnership is located at Pump Junction in Aluva. The address is a bit of a mouthful, XI/623, which used to be XI/210(1) back in the day. We are on the first floor of the Saniya Building. Aluva is always moving, especially around the junction, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle the property business. It is a simple setup with enough room for our small team to keep things moving. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, whoever is closest to the door is the one who says hello. We deal with land and buildings, and since we are right in the heart of Ernakulam, there is always plenty to keep us occupied. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We’ve got our files and our computers, and that’s about all we need. Sometimes the address gets people a bit confused because of the old and new numbers, but once you find Saniya Building, it’s easy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It is a straightforward way of living and working. You won't find any corporate slogans here, just a bunch of us working.
