We run Amala Real Estate out of Ittipatta House on Pallath Road. Palarivattom is a busy area, but our street is a bit more tucked away. It’s a family-run sort of feeling here. We aren't some big chain with offices everywhere. It’s just this one spot where we keep all our listings and meet with people. Most of our day is spent visiting houses or checking on bits of land for sale nearby. We’ve been in this building for a long time, so everyone knows where to find us. We just write down what we have and tell people the price. Sometimes the market is good, sometimes it’s slow. We’ve seen both.
