Antony Real Estate is located right at 17, Attickal Junction in Ponkunnam. It’s a familiar corner for a lot of people living around here. Most days, you’ll find us sitting in the office, looking over property listings or chatting with someone who’s thinking about moving. Ponkunnam is the kind of place where word travels fast, so we try to just be honest and clear about what’s available. We don't use any of those high-pressure sales tactics you see on TV. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring out what someone actually needs for their family or their business. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our maps and our paperwork. Attickal Junction gets a good bit of traffic, so there is always someone new stopping by to ask about land prices or house rentals in the area. We know the streets around here pretty well because we’ve spent so much time walking them and checking out different properties. Being a local business means we see our clients at the market or the store, so we make sure we’re doing things the right way. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but it’s busy enough for us. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs help with real estate in this part of town. It keeps us occupied and we like the people we meet.
