We are based right on Kadavanthara Road in Kaloor. It’s a busy stretch and there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Most people in Kaloor know the road well because it connects so many parts of the city. Our office is just a regular room where we handle real estate deals. There isn't any plush carpet or expensive art on the walls. We prefer keeping things basic. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking tea and looking over some documents. We deal with properties all around this area. Since we’re right on the main road, we get a lot of walk-ins. People just want to know what’s available or what the prices are doing these days. We don't have a scripted pitch. We just talk to folks like normal neighbors. The traffic on Kadavanthara Road can be a bit loud, but you get used to the horns after a while. We know the shops and the families around here pretty well. It’s a good community to be part of. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. It’s a lot of manual work, checking titles and talking to owners. We don’t make it sound harder than it is. It’s just about knowing the local market and being around when people need us. It’s a straightforward life here in Kaloor, and we are quite content with how we spend our days at the office.
