Inex 4 Homes is located right off the N H Bypass. If you’re looking for us, we’re pretty close to the Holiday Hotel, right on Chakkaraparambu Road. The address says No. 33/1622, but most people just look for the landmark. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of cars zooming by all day. We do stuff related to homes, obviously. It’s mostly us working out of the office and visiting sites. There's usually some dust on the floor from samples or boots. It isn't a fancy showroom with spotlights; it’s more of a working space where we figure things out. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass makes it hard for clients to pull in, but they find a way. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day tasks of the business. We don't have a big corporate vibe. We’re just regular people trying to make a living near the Holiday Hotel. Some days we're out on the road more than we're in the office. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the breeze off the bypass helps sometimes. We don't use big words to describe what we do.
