Down here in Chemmalamattom, Meenachil, you’ll find Jg Real Estate. It’s a bit more of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we still stay plenty busy. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer when the power is steady. It’s a simple operation. We talk to our neighbors, find out who’s looking for what, and try to make things happen. We’ve been in this community for a long time, so we know the history of most of the places around here. It’s not about being corporate; it’s just about knowing the land and the people. We usually have some tea ready if someone stops by to chat about a listing. It’s a slow pace sometimes, but we prefer it that way. We just keep things moving at a steady rate. It’s a good life working in the countryside where things are a bit more personal.
