Our office, Reba Realtors Private Limited, is situated in the Mudakkalil Arcade along the road that connects Thodupuzha and Muvattupuzha. We’re in Vazhakulam, a place known for its pineapples, though we deal with the land itself. It’s a busy road with lots of trucks and cars passing by all the time. Being located here means we get to see a lot of people from different towns. We aren't a large company. It’s just a small team working out of the arcade. We handle various real estate needs for folks in this part of Ernakulam. Sometimes we’re looking at agricultural land, other times it’s a small house plot. The market here is different from the big city. It’s more about the people and their families. We spend a lot of time sitting down with coffee, just listening to what someone needs. It’s not always about making a quick deal. Sometimes it takes months to find the right thing. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just show what’s available on the map and take people out to see the sites. The hills and the greenery here are nice, but the work involves a lot of walking and checking boundaries. We’ve been at this for a while now and know most of the landmarks around Vazhakulam and Muvattupuzha. Often, we are out in the sun most of the afternoon, so the office is a good place to cool down and sort out the files before heading home.
