We are up on the second floor of the Asher Building. It is right on Subash Chandrabose Road in Vytilla. The door number is 53/3942. Vytilla is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore in the morning. Realtyfield Advisors Private Limited is where we spend our eight hours. We focus on property advice. It’s mostly just sitting at desks, looking at files, and talking on the phone. The building is okay, nothing special, but it gets the job done. We have a window that looks out onto the road, so we see the traffic all day. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to people who want to know about real estate. Most of the time, we are busy checking facts or making sure the papers are right. Vytilla is a hub, so it makes sense for us to be here. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings go up, and we keep track of them. It’s a basic office setup. We have a coffee machine that works half the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Kerala. We just do our work and go home to our families. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. It's a decent place to spend the day.
