Maxvalue Property Services LLP is located on the first floor of JAC Tower. That’s right on Ikkandawarrier Road. If you are looking for us, the building number is 23/1253, but some of the older maps still have it listed as 8/322-D, which can be confusing for people who aren't from around here. It’s a busy street with a lot of noise from the traffic outside. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit on while we talk. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We’ve spent a lot of time in this spot and we know the neighbors pretty well. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a regular office where we handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes the hallway is a bit dark if the lights aren't turned on early enough. We don't mind it much. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It’s a practical space. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines or plush carpets. Just a regular place where work happens. People in the area know the JAC Tower well enough, so we don't usually have to give long directions. We are just here doing our job. We like the convenience of being on this side of the city. We have been here for quite some time now.
