Mashmelo Foods Private Limited

Mashmelo Foods Private Limited is based at 8/176, Madathil, which is over in Poothotta. If you are familiar with the Ernakulam area, you know it's a bit of a drive out from the main city center. We operate out of this building and it’s basically where we spend all our hours. There is always something to clean or a machine that needs looking at. It isn't a glamorous job but we get it done. The address 682307 is our little corner of Kerala. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Most of the staff live close by, so they just walk or take a short ride to get here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just make food products. Sometimes we run out of space because the building isn't huge. We have to stack things carefully. The rain can be a problem sometimes in Ernakulam, making the yard muddy, but we keep the inside clean. We just focus on the batches we are making today. Tomorrow will be more of the same. It's a simple life really. We don't spend money on big signs. Just the name on the gate and the work happening inside. It's steady work. We hope the people who eat our food like it well enough to come back. That's all we really care about at the end of the day. Every evening we lock up and head home, ready to repeat the whole thing again tomorrow morning.
