We are based over in Vazhakkala, right across from the Abhirami Hotel on Pappali Lane. Level 100 Realty Private Limited started out because we saw how fast Kakkanad was growing. It's a busy part of Kochi, and things are always moving. Our office is tucked away in the Kunjakkal building. It isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at different plots and apartments in this side of town. Since we're near the IT hub, there are always people asking about places to stay or land to buy. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know these streets well. We talk to builders, landowners, and people moving into the city for work. Sometimes the traffic in Kakkanad makes it hard to get around to see every property, but we manage. We try to keep things simple. If a place has issues, we say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to real estate. We’ve seen Kochi change so much in the last ten years, especially this area. It feels like every month there’s a new building going up. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about being there when someone needs a hand with local property details. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking maps every morning. We just try to be useful to anyone who stops by the office while they are out in Vazhakkala.
