It’s more of a residential-looking building, so it doesn't look like a typical spice shop from the outside. We use the space to manage everything related to our honey and spice business. Kaloor is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic on VIP Road coming in through the windows. Inside, though, it’s mostly just us surrounded by jars and boxes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the stock levels. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just labeling things or moving heavy boxes around to make room for a new shipment. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us once they know which building we’re in. The residency has its own pace, and we fit into that. We don't have a showroom with bright lights or anything like that. It’s just an office where we get things done. We focus on the basics. Making sure the honey is bottled right and the spices aren't sitting around for too long. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look.
