Our office is situated in the Rangoli Lotus building, which is tucked away right behind the Suburban Club in Thrikkakkara, Cochin. The area code here is 682021. Being part of Jcb India Limited, we deal with a lot of the heavy machinery side of things in this part of Kerala. The location is actually quite nice, being near the club, though it can get busy with people coming and going. We have a team here that handles the local inquiries and makes sure the equipment is where it needs to be. It’s not a showroom with shiny floors; it’s more of a functional office where the real work happens. We talk to contractors, check on service schedules, and keep the paperwork moving for the machines out in the field. Cochin is a growing city, so there is always some construction or project going on that needs attention. Most of our day is spent coordinating between the yard and the clients. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking logistics. We’ve got a good group of people who understand how these machines work and what the customers need. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit difficult, but we just keep at it. It’s a solid, everyday job and we take it one day at a time without any big corporate speeches or slogans. We just want to get the machinery to the people who need it.
