Amro

Amro is basically run out of Aikaraparambil House, which is on Power House Road. We are tucked into the Chulakkaparambu Line in the Cochin 18 area. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. The house has been here for years, and we’ve adapted parts of it to handle our business. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, people walking by and the occasional vehicle on Power House Road. It’s a very humble setup. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the routine. Most days involve checking our stock or finishing up orders that need to go out. The space is filled with things we need for work, so it’s a bit cluttered but we manage fine. Cochin can get quite rainy, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays dry and the roof is holding up. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or anything like that. People mostly find us because they know the family or they’ve been told where the house is. It’s a slow and steady way of working, but it’s how we’ve always done it. We have our tea breaks and then get back to whatever is on the table. It’s just a local business operating out of a family home, keeping things simple and honest as we go. We don't need much more than that.
