The Adecco India office for this area is in a place called Nedumthadthil, which is in Pangarappilly, Chelakkara. We are located in Thrissur, Kerala. It’s a bit of a different environment compared to the big city offices in places like Mumbai or Delhi. It’s much more local and quiet here. Our office is very basic and honestly, a bit old-fashioned. We have our desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and plenty of paperwork. We spend our time helping the local community with job-related things. We don't have any big signs or fancy branding all over the walls. It’s just a place where we do our work. Being in Kerala, we have to deal with the heavy rains sometimes, which can make the office feel a bit damp, but we just keep going. We know a lot of the people who come in by their first names. It’s a small-town vibe where everyone knows everyone. We aren't here to give you a polished corporate speech. We just talk like regular people and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a steady pace of life in Chelakkara. We enjoy working here because it feels real and connected to the people around us. If you are in the Pangarappilly area, you can just stop by and see us.
