Our office is at Rahil A Rahman Mukadam, House Number 23 672 B, in Palluruthy, Kochi. If you are familiar with Kochi, you know Palluruthy is a place with a lot of character. We’ve set up Bpo in this house, which makes it feel much less formal than a big city office. We have the usual stuff—computers, chairs, and some filing cabinets. The weather in Kochi can be very damp, so we spend a lot of time making sure the equipment stays dry and clean. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area who can walk or bike here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing stuff. Most of our day is spent at the desks, typing away or talking to people on the line. There’s a nice porch where we sit during our breaks to get some fresh air. The work is steady and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just providing a service and making sure the bills are paid. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common here, but we have a backup to keep things going. It’s an honest way to work, and we appreciate the quiet atmosphere of being in a residential part of town. That’s pretty much what we are about here.
