Ibbie Realty Private Limited is just a small team. We talk about property and buildings all day. Most of the time, the fan is humming and we are looking at maps or documents. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the office stays okay. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just us trying to help people figure out their housing or land stuff. Sometimes people just drop by because they saw the sign. We have a few desks and some old files. Working in real estate in Kochi is never boring. There’s always a new project or a plot of land being talked about. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just plain facts about what’s available. Kaloor is a busy spot, so we are close to everything. If you are near the towers, you can find us. We don’t do big ads. Most folks find us through word of mouth. It's just a regular office life for us. We drink a lot of tea and handle the phone calls as they come in. Sometimes the stairs are faster than the elevator when we are in a hurry. We stay focused on the work we have in front of us.
