Hotel Ruchi Bhavan

If you are in Ernakulam and walking down Hospital Road, you will find Hotel Ruchi Bhavan. We are very close to the Head Post Office, which is a major landmark in the 682001 area. This part of the city is always crowded with people heading to the hospital or sorting out their mail. Our hotel is a simple spot where people can get a room without any fuss. We have been here for quite some time, and the building shows its age a little but we spend a lot of effort keeping it tidy. The staff is mostly local folks who know every shortcut in the city. We spend our days handling the laundry, checking the plumbing, and talking to the people who stay with us. It is not a quiet place because the city life is right outside the windows, but that is what you expect when you are in the heart of Ernakulam. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that. We mostly use paper logs and our own memory to keep track of things. Most of our guests are here for medical reasons or quick business trips. We try to make sure they can get some rest before they head back out into the heat. It is a basic operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being right where people need us. It is just a regular day-to-day business for us here.
