The full name is Hisar Juice And Beverages Private Limited, though we usually just call it the shop or the office when we are talking to each other. Dealing with drinks in this heat makes a lot of sense. Ernakulam gets really hot and sticky, so beverages are always on people’s minds. We aren't a giant factory or anything. We operate out of this specific spot in the 683518 zip code area. It’s a bit of a busy road sometimes, with cars and trucks heading through Chemmayam. We spend our mornings getting things ready and the afternoons usually involve a lot of paperwork and making sure the supplies are moving like they should. It’s just a regular local business life. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s more of a functional space where we can actually get work done without too many distractions.
