Happiness Happens Foods Private Limited is our small company. We are located at the Mini Industrial Estate in Arimbur P.O. It is a practical spot for a food business like ours. Being in an industrial estate means we have other businesses right around us, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. We do not have a very long history or some big corporate story to tell. We just liked the idea of making food that people enjoy eating. The name sounds a bit cheerful, but the daily work is mostly just regular labor. We spend our days preparing things and making sure the packaging is put on right. Arimbur is a decent place to work. It is not too far from the main transport links. Our unit is just one of many similar ones in the estate. Inside, we have our basic equipment and a small area for the staff to take their tea breaks. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or billboards. We prefer to just focus on what we are making in the unit. Most of the people working here are locals who have been with us since we first opened this unit. We have our daily routines and we stick to them. It is not a complicated life.
