Our shop is on Shanmughom Road, right near the Sridhar Theatre. If you know Kochi, you know this area gets quite a lot of people walking by, especially in the evenings. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building is just a normal local spot. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. Inside, we have our shelves filled with the usual items we carry. It’s not a huge place, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Sometimes it feels a little cramped, especially when we’re unpacking new stock, but we manage just fine. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with uniforms or scripted greetings. We just talk to people normally. If we have what you need, we’ll show it to you, and if we don’t, we’ll tell you that too. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes the metal parts of the door a bit sticky, so you might have to give it a good push to get in. We spend our days dealing with whoever walks in off the street. It’s a decent way to make a living. We’ve seen other shops come and go on this road, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular local business where we know our customers and they know us. Most days are pretty much the same, and we’re okay with that.
