Aroma Associates

We’ve been here at Palliyil Lane for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot off Fore Shore Road, tucked away near Anchorage. Kochi can get pretty hot and humid, especially in the afternoons, so the office usually has the fan going full blast. Aroma Associates isn't some fancy high-rise operation. We’re just on the second floor, dealing with our daily work and making sure things get done. Some days it’s mostly answering calls and checking on shipments. Other days, we’re busy sorting through samples. You know how it is with local businesses; there’s always something that needs fixing or a stack of papers that won't go away. We drink a lot of tea here, mostly from the small shop down the street. It’s how we keep moving. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist with a fake smile. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us at a desk or looking through a ledger. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic near the main road can be a headache during the monsoon. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street outside. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day without much fuss. We try to keep things simple because that's what works best for us and the people we deal with. It's a plain office with basic furniture, but it gets the job done and we know where everything is.
