Wild Kerala Tour Company

Wild Kerala Tour Company is located on the 1st Floor of the Basil Building. This is right on Shanmugham Road, which is a pretty famous street if you spend any time in this city. We can see the water from some parts of the road, and the breeze is nice. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks where we plan out the routes and talk to people on the phone. It’s not a flashy travel agency with huge screens and fancy lights. We just have our maps, our computers, and our notebooks. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy because of the traffic on Shanmugham Road, but it’s a good spot to be in. We’re close to everything. The staff here mostly grew up around here, so we know the shortcuts and the local spots. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and checking on bookings. It’s a lot of coordination. The 1st floor isn't a long walk up, which is good because we’re in and out quite a bit. We don’t really have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door. It’s a comfortable space to work in. We like having the local shops nearby for lunch. It’s just a group of us working out of a modest office in a great part of town. We’ve been here long enough that the neighboring shopkeepers know us by name and we know them too. It is just our little corner.
