Cuvai Foods Private Limited is located at H. No. 6/1515 in Mattanchery. This part of Kochi is very old and the streets are quite narrow. You have to be careful when you are driving down here or you might hit a wall. Our place is just a regular house that we use for our business. It has a lot of character, even if the paint is peeling a little bit in some spots. Ernakulam is a big district but Mattanchery feels like its own little world. We like the history of the area. We do everything ourselves here. There isn't a big boss in a suit telling us what to do. We just wake up, get the ingredients, and start cooking. The kitchen gets really warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps to catch a breeze. We don't have a big sign out front. Most people find us because they know the house number or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We don't try to be better than anyone else. We just do our work and go home. The food is just what we like to eat ourselves. Simple, local, and nothing special to look at. We aren't looking to expand into a big chain or anything. We are happy right where we are in this old house. It’s quiet enough for us to do our job well every day and keep things moving.
