BIRDLANE ESTATE LLP

We are located in Building No.20/59, right inside Sree Gokulam Tower on Link Road here in Vadakara. Our space is in A4A, and most days it is quite busy with people coming and going because of the shops nearby. We handle things related to estates and land around this part of Kozhikode. It’s not a very big office, but it works for what we need to do. Most of the time, you will find one or two of us sitting here dealing with paperwork or talking on the phone with folks looking for a bit of land. The Link Road area can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when the traffic picks up. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, but the building stays cool enough. We’ve been operating out of this tower for a while now. We don’t really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People usually find us just by walking past or through word of mouth from others in Vadakara. It is a straightforward business where we just try to help people figure out their property stuff without making things too complicated. If you are around Sree Gokulam Tower, you might see our sign. We usually have the windows open to let some air in when it isn’t too dusty outside. It is just a regular workplace with a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves.
