We're over here in Kalamassery at 34/679A. It is just a small place, nothing too fancy or modern. My brother and I started this because we liked the idea of getting food out to people fast without it being complete junk. Mostly, we spend our long days in the kitchen or making sure the deliveries are going out on time to the local houses. The traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes in the evenings, but we manage to get by. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local spot where you can grab a meal that actually tastes right. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the neighborhood. We know most of them by their names now after all this time. It’s been a few years since we first set up shop in this building. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of a specific ingredient, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small restaurant. We try to keep the menu simple so we don't get overwhelmed during the lunch rush. If you're driving past Kalamassery, you'll see our sign out front. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup with a few tables. We do our best to keep things clean and the food hot for everyone. We don't spend much time on fancy websites, we just focus on the cooking.
