Our place is located at 81 in the Patpar Ganj Functional Estate. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s mostly industrial and busy with trucks and workers all day long. We deal with structural parts and things needed for building. It is a noisy area, but it suits what we do. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we handle the paperwork and talk to the guys on the floor. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually focused on the materials and getting orders ready. There are a lot of other businesses around us in the estate, so there is always something going on. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get blocked, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we provide is solid and gets to where it needs to go. Most of our workers live nearby and have been with us for years. It’s a practical business. We don't have a lot of meetings about things like vision or missions. We just look at what needs doing and do it. Being in Patpar Ganj keeps us close to the main routes, which helps with moving heavy things.
