Action Ispat & Power Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 70 Near Krishna Nagar in New Delhi. It’s one of those parts of town where there is always something happening outside the windows. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every single day unless there’s a big meeting. Mostly, we just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes the tea man comes by, and that’s a highlight for everyone in the afternoon. We don’t have any big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just know what our jobs are and we try to do them right. Being in New Delhi means dealing with the heat in the summer, but we’ve got the fans going and we keep at it. It’s a practical setup here at Krishna Nagar. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s names and how we like our coffee. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. There is always a stack of invoices to sign and someone looking for a missing pen or a stapler.
