We are based out of an SFS Flat in Mayur Vihar Phase-III, specifically 41-D in Pocket-C. It’s a local spot here in Delhi 110096. Being Mainee Steel Works Pvt. Ltd in a residential-style pocket means we are right in the thick of the neighborhood. It’s not your typical high-rise glass office, which suits us just fine. We handle all the steel work business from this flat, taking calls and keeping track of our schedules. The area is usually quite lively, with neighbors going about their day and the local markets nearby. We’ve been operating from here for a while now, and it feels like home to the business. Dealing with steel might seem like it needs a giant warehouse, but the management side of it happens right here at 41-D. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people find us because they know the work we do. It’s a simple setup—desk, computer, and a phone that rings more often than not. We don’t have time for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just focus on the steel and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. Delhi is a busy place, and we are just one part of it, doing our thing every day. It is just a normal, hardworking office for us.
