You can find us over at F-11/27 in Krishna Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our building is tucked in among a lot of others just like it. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with packages and paperwork. Since we handle international stuff, there’s always a lot of talk about shipping schedules and tracking numbers. The space inside is quite tight, especially when we have a lot of stock coming in at once. We’ve had to get creative with how we stack things so we still have room to move our chairs. It’s a lively atmosphere because there’s always someone coming or going. The courier guys know us by name, and they usually stop for a minute to complain about the traffic or the heat. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s just a practical place where we come to work and get things done. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We just take it as it comes. It feels like a small family here, even though we are dealing with things going all over the place. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized as best as we can. Our desks are messy, but our shipments are usually on time.
