Our place, K.C.J. & Company, is located at A-1 in the FIE area of Patparganj Industrial Area. Patparganj is one of those spots in Delhi that’s always busy with some kind of trade or manufacturing. We’ve been here in this corner for a long time. The building is a standard industrial block, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. Inside, you’ll find stacks of boxes and people busy with their daily chores. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you a dream. We just handle our business in a way that makes sense to us. The office area is small and usually has a few calendars on the walls and some old chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the day, especially when the winter chill sets in or the summer heat is hitting the roof. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the orders we have and making sure they get delivered to our customers without any fuss. Sometimes the phone lines go down or the street gets blocked by a truck, but we just work around it. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy English. We’re just a local company doing what we know how to do. That’s how we’ve always operated and how we plan to keep going.
