Our office is in the Kailash Apartments over in Patparganj. We are in unit 107 on Plot Number 45 in I.P. Extension. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive glass tower in the middle of Delhi. Being in Patparganj means we are close to a lot of things, but we are still tucked away enough to avoid the worst of the city noise. Jindal has been using this space for a while now. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with files, computers, and the usual office supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. The neighborhood is pretty standard for East Delhi, with lots of families and other small businesses nearby. Finding the plot is easy enough if you know the I.P. Extension area, as most of the apartment blocks are clearly marked. We don’t have a fancy entrance or anything, just a door with a small nameplate. Most of our work is behind the scenes, so we don’t get a lot of walk-in traffic. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to and it’s not as chaotic as being downtown. We just try to stay organized and keep the work moving along every day. It is a quiet place where we can focus on what we are doing without too many distractions from the outside world. We appreciate the simple routine.
